We are always trying to negotiate reasonable contracts for a win win situation for all parties involved.

We would always like to be able to have at least one contractor available 24/7 no matter night or day even if myself or a family member has to make sure the DEMAND IS MET !

During regular hours we have no problem suppling as many Contractors as possible to get the task completed .
